At Morgan Stanley, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our Client Onboarding Regulatory Services team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Compliance and Regulatory Services to join a leading global financial services firm.The successful applicant for this role will be an organized and effective leader with an in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and a strong commitment to client experience. You must have a proven track record of success in developing and managing a team and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills. You must have the ability to prioritize tasks, develop strategies, and work to tight deadlines.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build relationships with colleagues and clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to changing industry regulations. You should have the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to think strategically and analytically.The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Compliance and Regulatory Services. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Develop and manage team members to ensure successful execution of onboarding and regulatory services.
  3. Prioritize tasks, develop strategies, and work to tight deadlines.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
  5. Adapt to changing industry regulations.
  6. Work independently or as part of a team.
  7. Think strategically and analytically.
  8. Monitor and review existing client onboarding processes and procedures.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
  10. Analyze client data to identify potential areas of improvement.
  11. Liaise with external regulators and stakeholders.
  12. Liaise with legal and compliance departments.
  13. Participate in industry-related events and conferences.
