Job Description

Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Client Onboarding Regulatory Services to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class firm that is at the forefront of global financial services. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in the area of regulatory services and client onboarding. They will work closely with our compliance team, legal department, and trading operations to ensure that our onboarding processes meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks to our customers and the firm, and for ensuring that our onboarding processes remain efficient and compliant.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and compliance, and who is motivated to help Morgan Stanley stay at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client onboarding regulatory services, a strong understanding of the latest regulations, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proven track record of working with stakeholders at all levels, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing onboarding processes that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  2. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to customers and the firm.
  3. Working closely with the compliance team, legal department, and trading operations to ensure onboarding processes are efficient and compliant.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest regulations and their implications.
  5. Keeping stakeholders informed of onboarding progress and compliance issues.
  6. Resolving any customer complaints or issues related to onboarding processes.
  7. Monitoring onboarding processes to identify potential improvements.
  8. Ensuring customer onboarding is completed in a timely manner.
  9. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  10. Collaborating with other departments to ensure onboarding processes are effective.
