- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Morgan Stanley in line with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for their integration into the firm's strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product teams, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and innovative digital campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and track the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of the firm's digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices in all digital marketing activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the firm's digital marketing processes and procedures, implementing new tools and technologies as needed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Current Digital Marketing Trends And Best Practices, Including Seo, Sem, Social Media, Email Marketing, And Content Marketing.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Digital Marketing Strategies, Driving Measurable Results And Roi.
Ability To Analyze Data And Use Insights To Inform Marketing Strategies And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Digital Marketing Professionals.
