  1. Develop and implement data protection strategies to safeguard Morgan Stanley's sensitive information and data assets.
  2. Monitor and assess potential cyber threats to our systems and networks, and take proactive measures to prevent and mitigate these risks.
  3. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address any potential security gaps.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into new and existing systems and processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in cyber security to continuously improve our security measures.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Manage and maintain security tools and systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and data loss prevention tools.
  8. Develop and conduct employee training programs to promote awareness and understanding of cyber security best practices.
  9. Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies and procedures across the organization.
  10. Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and data.
  11. Prepare and present reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and risk assessments to senior management.
  12. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure the security of data during emergency situations.
  13. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of our security measures to proactively identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Security Principles, Protocols, And Tools, Such As Encryption, Access Controls, And Firewalls.

  • Experience With Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Testing, And Incident Response.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Pci Dss.
