  1. Design and implement cybersecurity metrics to measure and improve overall security posture.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and identify key risk areas.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant cybersecurity metrics and industry best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's security environment and systems.
  5. Create and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity metrics and their implementation.
  6. Participate in the evaluation and selection of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  7. Monitor and analyze cybersecurity data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential threats.
  8. Provide recommendations and solutions to address identified security gaps and vulnerabilities.
  9. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends and make recommendations to enhance the organization's security posture.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to implement and maintain an effective cybersecurity awareness and training program.
  11. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in the design and implementation of metrics.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on metric design and implementation progress.
  13. Participate in incident response and investigations as needed.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the organization's cybersecurity metrics program.
  15. Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Cybersecurity Metrics And Architecture.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Encryption, And Authentication Protocols.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Cybersecurity, Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci Dss.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools Commonly Used In Cybersecurity, Such As Python, Java, And Penetration Testing Tools.
