Our Corporate Tax Manager will be able to provide guidance on tax strategies, ensure adherence to tax regulations, and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely tax filings. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate tax role. The successful candidate must also possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities of the Corporate Tax Manager:

  1. Provide guidance on tax strategies to ensure compliance with tax regulations and minimize tax liabilities.
  2. Prepare accurate and timely tax filings, including federal, state, and local taxes.
  3. Analyze financial records and business operations to determine potential tax savings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Manage the relationship with external tax advisors and other third parties.
  5. Monitor changes in tax legislation to keep up with the latest developments and ensure compliance.
  6. Prepare and review tax documents and reports for submission to the government.
  7. Respond to inquiries from external and internal stakeholders regarding tax-related issues.
  8. Research complex tax issues and ensure the accuracy of tax calculations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, organizations, and other stakeholders.
  10. Provide accurate and timely advice and guidance to other departments regarding tax-related matters.
