Compliance Officer

Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring Morgan Stanley’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate for this role will have a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry and a deep knowledge of the regulatory environment in which it operates. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills combined with the ability to work with stakeholders across the organization.To be successful in this position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least five years of experience in a compliance or legal role within the financial services industry; a proven track record of successfully managing compliance-related projects; and excellent research, writing and presentation skills. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
