- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist financial advisors with managing and maintaining client relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively anticipate and address client needs and concerns.
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence, reports, and other materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry and company developments and communicate relevant information to clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive company data.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Colleagues.
Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Investment Products, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Explain Complex Financial Concepts.
1-2 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Technologies And Systems Quickly.
