- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure a seamless client experience by assisting with account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall client experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and protect client confidentiality.
- Conduct market research and gather information on clients to better understand their financial goals and needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay informed about company updates and new products and services.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Markets.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Client Service Or A Similar Role In The Financial Industry.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Crm Software.
