  1. Provide exceptional client service: The primary responsibility of a Client Service Associate is to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service at all times. This includes promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and consistently exceeding their expectations.
  2. Build and maintain client relationships: A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This includes regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, providing personalized support, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our company.
  3. Support client onboarding and account maintenance: The Client Service Associate will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new clients and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining client account information and making updates as needed.
  4. Handle client inquiries and escalate issues: The Client Service Associate will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and will be responsible for addressing their needs and concerns. In cases where issues cannot be resolved, they will escalate them to the appropriate team member for further assistance.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams: This role requires working closely with various internal teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure a seamless client experience. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for coordinating with these teams to address client needs and provide timely and accurate updates to clients.
  6. Maintain accurate records: The Client Service Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients, including client inquiries, requests, and complaints. They will also be responsible for ensuring all client information and documentation is up to date and stored securely.
  7. Provide administrative support: The Client Service Associate will provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing client events, and preparing client reports and presentations.
  8. Stay updated on industry and company developments: It is important for a Client Service Associate to stay informed about industry and company developments to better serve clients. This includes attending training sessions and staying up to date
