Client Service Associate
As a Client Service Associate you will maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests and resolve client inquiries. Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base. Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information. Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars.
1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
Ability to obtain Series 63 and Series 7 licenses
