  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by gathering necessary information, completing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client files to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to client onboarding and communicate updates to internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and risk management, to ensure all client onboarding processes and procedures align with company policies.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to client onboarding and regulatory services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy policies when handling sensitive client information.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the client onboarding process.

Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Onboarding Requirements For Different Types Of Clients And Financial Products.
