  1. Develop and maintain business continuity and resilience plans for Morgan Stanley, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to the business, including natural disasters, cyber attacks, and operational disruptions.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather information and create risk profiles for different areas of the business.
  4. Implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure business continuity in the event of a disruption.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current business continuity plans and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business continuity and risk management, and incorporate them into the organization's plans.
  7. Train employees on business continuity procedures and protocols to ensure readiness in the event of a disruption.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support business continuity efforts.
  9. Coordinate and conduct regular testing and drills of business continuity plans to identify weaknesses and make necessary adjustments.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for business continuity and resilience-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate updates to senior management.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on business continuity and resilience efforts for leadership and regulatory purposes.
  12. Continuously review and update business continuity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Respond to and manage incidents and disruptions in a timely and effective manner, following established protocols and procedures.
  14. Provide support and guidance to other departments and teams on business continuity and resilience matters.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed records of business continuity plans, testing, and incident response activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Business Continuity And Resilience Plans: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Business Continuity And Resilience Plans For Large Organizations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management And Industry Best Practices: A Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Industry Best Practices Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Business Continuity And Resilience, Such As Iso 22301, Nist 800-34, And Ffiec Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Them. This May Involve Conducting Risk Assessments, Gap Analysis, And Developing Business Impact Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Business Continuity & Resilience Program Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Business Units, And External Partners. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
