  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity and resilience program for Morgan Stanley.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to the organization's operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the business continuity and resilience program.
  5. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  6. Train and educate employees on business continuity and resilience principles and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular testing and drills to ensure the readiness of the organization in the event of a crisis.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to business continuity and resilience.
  9. Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, to ensure compliance with business continuity and resilience requirements.
  10. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to senior management regarding the organization's preparedness and response to potential risks.
  11. Provide timely and accurate updates to senior management during crisis situations.
  12. Continuously review and improve the business continuity and resilience program to align with changing business needs and emerging risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Continuity And Resilience Program Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards, Such As Iso 22301 And Nist 800-34.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Mitigate Potential Risks To The Business.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
