  2. Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential threats to the organization's operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical business processes and develop contingency plans.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity and resilience plans and make necessary improvements.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all business continuity and resilience related matters.
  6. Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on business continuity and resilience protocols.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's resilience.
  8. Prepare and maintain documentation related to business continuity and resilience plans and procedures.
  9. Coordinate and conduct regular tests and drills to ensure preparedness for potential disruptions.
  10. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders regarding business continuity and resilience initiatives and updates.
  11. Identify and address any potential gaps in the organization's resilience plans.
  12. Respond to and manage any disruptions or crises according to established protocols.
  13. Provide support and guidance to other departments and individuals regarding business continuity and resilience.
