  1. Develop and implement business continuity and resilience strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure the readiness of the organization in the event of potential disruptions.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical business functions and develop recovery strategies and plans.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the business continuity and resilience program, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business continuity and resilience, and incorporate them into the program.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on business continuity and resilience, providing guidance and training to employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Coordinate and conduct drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the business continuity plans.
  8. Maintain and update all documentation related to the business continuity and resilience program.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their business continuity and resilience plans align with the organization's.
  10. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the business continuity and resilience program.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the organization.
  13. Act as the primary point of contact for any business continuity and resilience related incidents and guide the response and recovery efforts.
  14. Continuously review and improve the organization's crisis management plans to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  15. Foster a culture of resilience and preparedness within the organization through training and awareness initiatives.
