Job Description

As a Brand Program Manager at Morgan Stanley, you will play a key role in helping us enhance our brand and ensure that our customers get the most out of their experience. We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented individual to join our team and lead the development of our brand programs.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in brand management or marketing. You should be familiar with developing and executing marketing plans, as well as the latest digital marketing tools and techniques. You should also possess strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.You must be a self-starter with the ability to think strategically and act tactically, and have a passion for creating and launching new initiatives. Above all, you should have a customer-focused mindset and be committed to providing a superior experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives that support the Morgan Stanley brand.
  2. Implement digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance customer experience.
  3. Lead and manage projects to ensure successful execution.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  5. Track and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
  8. Develop and maintain brand standards, guidelines, and processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  10. Create and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
