Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Administrator to join the team at Morgan Stanley. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. They must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and dynamic team player, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The Branch Administrator will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the branch and the efficient delivery of the branch’s services. This role requires a wide range of skills, from customer service to administrative support, so the successful candidate must be comfortable wearing many hats. The required qualifications for the Branch Administrator position include: a minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and other staff in the branch.
  2. Manage multiple projects for the branch in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  5. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and processing payments.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the branch.
  8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and other branch staff.
  9. Provide reports and updates to the Branch Manager and other stakeholders as required.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
