  1. Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain and organize electronic and physical files and records.
  3. Coordinate and assist with branch events and meetings.
  4. Communicate with clients and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
  6. Process and track expenses, invoices, and other financial documents.
  7. Support the branch's compliance efforts by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  8. Collaborate with various departments and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure the branch has necessary resources.
  10. Provide support to senior members of the branch, including preparing reports and presentations.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
  12. Train and onboard new employees on branch procedures and systems.
  13. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity.
  14. Uphold the company's values and maintain a professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
