In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of our branch office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to providing high-quality administrative and operational support. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial or banking sector. The successful candidate should be highly organized, possess great attention to detail, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the branch office.
  2. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
  3. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other tasks as assigned.
  4. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  6. Assist with the preparation of documents and other materials.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all branch office activities.
  8. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite applications and other office equipment.
