As an Associate, you will play a key role in analyzing and mitigating credit risk for our Private Equity investments.   1. Conduct in-depth analysis of credit risk associated with Private Equity investments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  2. Collaborate with team members and senior management to ensure a thorough understanding of credit risk policies and procedures.
  3. Review and assess financial statements, market trends, and industry data to evaluate creditworthiness of potential investments.
  4. Prepare credit risk reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  5. Monitor ongoing credit risk exposure and provide timely updates to senior management.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of existing investments to identify any potential credit risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external parties such as rating agencies and credit bureaus.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with credit risk management policies.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new credit risk management strategies and tools.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on credit risk analysis techniques and procedures.
  11. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns related to credit risk in a timely manner.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall risk management processes.
  13. Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all company values and policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In A Private Equity Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Credit Instruments.

  • Proficiency In Risk Management Tools And Techniques, Such As Credit Risk Models And Stress Testing.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks In Complex Credit Transactions.
