  1. Conduct thorough analysis of credit risk for the Fixed Income and Securitized Products businesses within Morgan Stanley.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate potential financial risks.
  3. Monitor and assess credit exposures and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify potential risks and develop effective risk mitigation plans.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to credit risk management.
  6. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify and assess potential risks.
  7. Prepare comprehensive risk reports and presentations for senior management.
  8. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential risks and their impact on the business.
  9. Participate in credit risk committee meetings and provide insightful contributions.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather necessary data and information for risk assessment.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on credit risk concepts and best practices.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance risk management processes.
  14. Work closely with other risk management teams to integrate credit risk management strategies with overall risk management plans.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and maintain the security of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data

  • Knowledge Of Credit Risk Models And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Basel Iii And Dodd-Frank
