  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Morgan Stanley's data risk management principles and protocols.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the firm's systems and data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective cyber risk management strategies and processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze data systems and processes to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and industry best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the firm's risk management processes.
  6. Participate in incident response planning and execution in the event of a cyber security breach.
  7. Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations on cyber risk management.
  8. Train and educate employees on data security best practices and protocols.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert in cyber risk and resilience, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies related to data risk management.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the firm's overall cyber risk posture.
  12. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all risk management processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the firm's cyber security protocols are aligned with industry standards.
  14. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or concerns related to cyber risk management to senior management.
  15. Support and contribute to the development of new tools and technologies to enhance the firm's cyber risk management capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Cyber Data Risk Management, Data Protection, Or Information Security.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Nist, Iso, And Gdpr.

  • Familiarity With Cyber Threat Landscape And Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Provide Recommendations For Risk Mitigation.
