  1. Conduct thorough analysis of credit risk for the firm and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Collaborate with team members to assess and monitor credit risk across various portfolios and products.
  3. Utilize quantitative techniques and models to evaluate credit risk and provide insights to senior management.
  4. Continuously monitor and report on changes in the firm's credit risk profile.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as traders and lenders, to gather necessary information and ensure effective risk management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit risk.
  7. Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit risk management policies and procedures.
  8. Identify potential areas of credit risk and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Communicate complex risk concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies and solutions.
  11. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
  12. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  13. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and assist with special projects as needed.
  14. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Credit Risk Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
