  1. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments for clients and potential clients.
  2. Analyze and evaluate financial data and credit information to make informed recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of risk assessments.
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  6. Communicate complex credit risk concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
  8. Participate in the design and implementation of credit risk models and systems.
  9. Monitor and report on credit risk exposure and make recommendations for risk reduction strategies.
  10. Assist in the development and maintenance of credit policies and procedures.
  11. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to senior management.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  14. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Analysis Or Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Markets

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Risk Assessment Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
