
Associate - Credit Portfolio Analysis - Power BI
Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Credit Portfolio Analysis Team as an Associate - Power BI. Reporting to the Director of Credit Portfolio Analysis, the successful candidate will be a key member of the team responsible for creating comprehensive risk analytics and insights using Power BI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will be an integral part of the team and contribute to our continued success.Successful candidates will have strong technical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. You will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or related field, a sound understanding of Power BI, and over two years of experience in a related field. Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau and QlikView is a plus. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Utilize Power BI to create comprehensive risk analytics and insights
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues
- Assist in developing and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date portfolio analysis
- Monitor trends and identify potential risks in the credit portfolio
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support department initiatives
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support as needed
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Assist in the development of new strategies and processes for data analysis
