- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data and provide insights to inform client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of client engagement strategies.
- Utilize various data sources to identify opportunities for improving client experiences and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate marketing analytics findings to stakeholders.

- Work with internal and external partners to gather, validate, and analyze data to support marketing initiatives.

- Assist in the development and execution of A/B testing and other data-driven experiments.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of marketing analytics initiatives.
- Provide support in ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with data privacy regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Marketing Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Strategic Decisions.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels.
