- Conduct thorough operational due diligence on investment managers and identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing operational risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of operational risk controls and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams within the organization to ensure consistency and alignment in risk management practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to operational due diligence and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Lead and participate in meetings and discussions related to operational due diligence, providing expertise and insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on operational risks and due diligence findings.

- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to operational due diligence practices.

Strong Analytical Skills: As An Assistant Vice President/Vice President Of Gima Operational Due Diligence, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Evaluate Complex Operational Structures And Identify Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies.
