  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to ensure the protection of clients and the organization from operational risks.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance risk management processes.
  4. Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management, highlighting any potential issues or concerns.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management principles and practices, providing guidance and support to colleagues across departments.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management, and ensure compliance within the organization.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on risk management matters.
  8. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives and projects.
  9. Train and educate colleagues on risk management principles and practices, promoting a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing risk management processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  11. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and knowledge on risk management practices.
  12. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and effectively manage a team of risk management professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Or Relevant Certifications (Such As Frm Or Prm) Are A Plus.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Operational Risk Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Risk Exposures And Develop Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Results.
