Asset Management Analyst - Real Assets

Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Asset Management Analyst - Real Assets to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real asset investments, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of the asset management landscape. This individual will be an integral part of our asset management team and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in real asset investments or asset management. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of success in analyzing investments, identifying opportunities, and creating strategic plans. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze investments, identify opportunities, and create strategic plans for real asset investments.
2. Develop and execute asset management strategies.
3. Monitor and evaluate market trends, portfolio performance, and investment opportunities.
4. Prepare regular reports and analyses on the performance of investments and asset classes.
5. Monitor investments to ensure they are meeting performance objectives.
6. Develop financial models for evaluating potential investments and their associated risks and rewards.
7. Research and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential investments.
8. Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that asset management objectives are met.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, legal requirements, and best practices.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts in the department.
