  1. Lead and manage the Client Onboarding Team within Morgan Stanley's Asia Wealth Management division.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective client onboarding processes.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with other teams and departments to streamline processes and improve overall client experience.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to wealth management to ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm's products and services, and effectively communicate them to clients.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  9. Create and maintain reports on team performance and present them to senior management.
  10. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
  11. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract and retain them.
  12. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks in the client onboarding process.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  15. Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services, With A Focus On Asia Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Procedures In Asia, Particularly In Regards To Client Onboarding.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Client Onboarding Professionals.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, As Well As Financial Planning And Wealth Management Strategies For High Net Worth Individuals In The Asia Region.
