  1. Lead and manage the Client Onboarding Team within the Asia Wealth Management division.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client onboarding process and drive business growth.
  3. Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of the Asia market and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  6. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client onboarding, and implement relevant changes as needed.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for high-level client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  11. Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the Asia Wealth Management division.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and building relationships.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management And Client Onboarding, Preferably In The Asia Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local Regulations And Compliance Requirements In Various Asian Countries.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships In The Wealth Management Industry.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Cfa Or Cfp Are Preferred.
