Applied Data Scientist

The Data & Analytics Group (DAG) is a central team in the COO Office of Morgan Stanley Investment Management putting high quality data at the heart of the various functions within MSIM. Own and manage end-to-end execution of applied data science projects: translate business questions into technical requirements, develop analytics by using cutting edge technology as well as principles of data science, determine the appropriate method to deliver high ROI results. Collaborate with tech teams to develop end to end solutions that take data, algorithms and POCs into production implementation. Promote collaboration and idea sharing throughout the organization. Provide thought leadership and advisory on analytics & ML model oversight and governance across the business. Work with various data providers (internally and externally) to acquire and analyze dataset
