  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and efficiency.
  2. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to proactively identify and address potential problems.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Utilize a variety of tools and technologies to monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues within the applications and systems.
  6. Develop and implement procedures and best practices for application support and SRE.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on system performance and issue resolution.
  8. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and developments in application support and SRE to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on application support and SRE best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Application Support And Sre Roles, Preferably In The Finance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Sql.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Devops Principles And Tools Such As Kubernetes, Docker, And Jenkins.
