  1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to support the firm's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies and goals.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify current and emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business practices and decision making.
  4. Monitor and report on the firm's ESG performance and progress towards goals.
  5. Educate and train employees on ESG principles and practices.
  6. Engage with external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators, to promote the firm's ESG efforts.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and market developments related to ESG.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external ESG organizations and networks.
  9. Prepare and present reports and presentations on ESG topics to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Support the development and implementation of ESG-related policies and procedures.
  11. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to ensure alignment and consistency of ESG efforts.
  12. Assist in the preparation and submission of ESG-related disclosures and reports.
  13. Identify and evaluate potential ESG risks and opportunities for the firm.
  14. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in ESG practices.
  15. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to ESG and ensure compliance.
  16. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the firm on ESG topics.
  17. Support the firm's sustainability goals and initiatives.
  18. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to ESG.
  19. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of ESG programs and initiatives.
  20. Represent the firm at external events and conferences related to ESG.

Job Qualifications
