Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices.
2. Manage accounts payable operations and ensure that all accounts payable transactions comply with relevant regulations.
3. Monitor accounts payable aging to ensure timely payment of invoices.
4. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and create financial reports as needed.
5. Liaise with vendors to ensure accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
6. Maintain and update records of accounts payable transactions.
7. Liaise with the internal audit team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Oversee accounts payable staff and ensure their performance is in line with organizational goals.
9. Provide training and guidance to new accounts payable staff.
10. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasting for accounts payable.
