Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable processes, including coding, data entry, and reconciliation.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and payments.
3. Monitor accounts payable to ensure timely payment of invoices.
4. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve any accounts payable discrepancies.
5. Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial reports.
6. Identify areas of improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
7. Work with external auditors to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
8. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts payable.
9. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
