Mondelez International is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supply & Demand Planning Intern to join our dynamic team! The successful candidate will have the chance to become a key member of our Supply & Demand Planning team and make a real impact on the company’s success.To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. They must also have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in supply chain management, operations management or related field is an asset.We are looking for a passionate individual with an interest in FMCG and a drive to make a difference. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform market research and data analysis to identify trends in the FMCG sector.
  2. Develop supply and demand planning strategies to ensure the company meets customer needs and business objectives.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  4. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  5. Manage customer order fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Create and maintain reports and track key performance indicators.
  7. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  8. Assist in the development of budgeting and forecasting tools.
  9. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
