Job Description

Mondelez International is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager/Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement and Supply Chain organization, the Sourcing Manager/Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of purchasing principles, a passion for driving cost savings, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Procurement or Sourcing setting. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should also have a proven track record in driving cost savings and an understanding of the global sourcing landscape.
