Sourcing Manager, Ingredients

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager, Ingredients to join our team at Mondelez International. Responsibilities:

1. Manage sourcing activities for ingredients, including global sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier selection.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards and timelines are met for ingredient sourcing.
3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best pricing and terms.
4. Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery of quality products and services.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply of ingredients.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and reduce costs.
7. Develop and implement sourcing plans to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Analyze industry trends and recommend changes in sourcing strategies as necessary.
9. Establish and maintain KPIs related to ingredient sourcing.
10. Develop and implement strategies to reduce risk associated with ingredient sourcing.
