Senior Manager FP&A

Mondelez International is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, the Senior Manager of FP&A will be responsible for driving financial performance across the global business. The successful candidate will have a combination of exceptional analytical and communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. The Senior Manager of FP&A must also possess advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to support business objectives is a must. The Senior Manager of FP&A must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

1. Drive financial performance by developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to support business objectives.
2. Analyze financial data and provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
3. Create financial models, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
4. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against goals and objectives.
5. Review financial statements for accuracy and make appropriate adjustments to ensure accuracy.
6. Develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes and procedures.
7. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Provide input into strategic planning and business operations.
9. Prepare presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
10. Stay informed of current trends in the finance industry and adjust practices accordingly.
