As a key player in the finance team, you'll be responsible for providing insights and developing strategies to drive growth, profitability and return on investment. You will also be responsible for leading and managing forecasting, budgeting and analytics for the growth organization and its associated key initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, as well as a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting. You must have an excellent understanding of financial analysis and financial planning, and experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus. You must also possess strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines.
