Job Description

Mondelez International is searching for an experienced Sales Coverage Representative to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy for a given territory, driving growth, and ensuring superior service to our customers. You will be the face of our company, representing our portfolio of products to customers and building strong relationships with them. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for sales. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy for a given territory in order to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
  3. Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements with customers.
  4. Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
  5. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  6. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  7. Utilize CRM software to record customer interactions and track sales progress.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  9. Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products and build relationships with potential customers.
