
Sales Capability Manager
Mondelez International is looking for a highly motivated Sales Capability Manager to join our team and help develop our sales capabilities. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team and will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and talented sales team.The ideal candidate should possess a degree in marketing, business, or related field, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The Sales Capability Manager should be able to identify and understand sales objectives, develop sales strategies and plans, and train and coach sales personnel. In addition, the Sales Capability Manager should demonstrate an ability to work independently and collaboratively, while developing and implementing sales initiatives that are aligned with corporate objectives.The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to excel, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The Sales Capability Manager should also be able to analyze and report on sales performance, as well as develop and implement sales training programs. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the team.
