Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to increase retail sales and market share growth.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Develop and implement promotional plans to drive sales and market share.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure promotional activities are effectively executed in-store.
5. Establish relationships with key store personnel to ensure efficient communication and successful execution of plans.
6. Manage and control sales budgets and expenses in order to maximize profitability.
7. Generate regular reports to share sales performance, market insights, and actionable recommendations.
8. Develop and implement training plans and sales programs to ensure sales staff are well-trained and motivated.
9. Monitor competitive activities in the marketplace and provide relevant feedback to senior management.
10. Provide leadership and motivation to sales personnel and guide them in the development of their territory.
