Retail Merchandising Supervisor

As the Retail Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail merchandising team and ensuring that our products are on-shelf and in-stock in all of our retail outlets.We are looking for an individual with a passion for retail and a proven track record of success in merchandising and leadership. The successful candidate will have a university degree in merchandising or business, at least 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail merchandising team.
2. Ensure that our products are on-shelf and in-stock in all of our retail outlets.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to the retail merchandising team.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
5. Assist in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the retail merchandising team.
7. Maintain relationships with key retail partners.
8. Track and analyze sales data and other metrics.
9. Create and manage budgets.
10. Develop and enforce merchandising standards.
11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
12. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
