Retail Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute product strategies and plans in retail stores to maximize sales, visibility, and profitability of Mondelez International products

-Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for product expansion

-Identify and build relationships with key retailers in the assigned territory

-Develop and deliver presentations to key accounts to showcase Mondelez International products and services

-Liaise with internal departments to communicate customer feedback, pricing changes, and other relevant information

-Monitor store inventory levels and ensure product availability

-Maintain accurate records of customer visits, product placements, and sales performance

-Provide training and support to store personnel on product features and benefits

-Manage promotional activities and campaigns in stores

-Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
