Responsibilities:

1. Execute and manage all aspects of the merchandising process, including product placement and display, inventory levels, and customer service.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers and vendors.
3. Create and implement product promotion and display strategies to maximize sales and profits.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed in a timely manner.
5. Execute and manage store reset/remodel projects.
6. Maintain detailed records of store visits, promotional activities, and customer feedback.
7. Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
8. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
10. Keep up to date on the latest trends and developments in the retail industry.
