Retail Merchandiser

4. Develop and maintain inventory and pricing plans to maximize product availability and profitability.
5. Implement promotional programs to increase consumer awareness and ensure product availability.
6. Provide timely and accurate reporting on merchandising activities and results.
7. Analyze sales and profits to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to increase sales.
8. Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and recommend strategies for improving Mondelez International's competitive position in the marketplace.
9. Participate in trade shows and other industry events.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
