Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join the Mondelez International team! As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, providing support to the Talent Acquisition team, and ensuring that applicants have an excellent experience.The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting software is a plus.At Mondelez International, we strive to create an environment where everyone is respected and valued.
